Ben Stewart’s HWL Success Scholarship Fund

As founder and CEO of Spring Masters Canada, Ben Stewart’s mission has always been to build a strong, successful company that not only provides high-paying work opportunities for students during their post-secondary years but also one that inspires them to choose a path that will bring health, wealth and lifestyle (HWL) down the road. In 2008, Ben authored the book Millionaire in 90 Days – Working Out at the Gym which documents his personal HWL journey. The response to the book from his Spring Masters' staff was tremendous. Impressed by their hunger for success, Ben’s next move was to set up the annual HWL Success Scholarship which supports the higher education of promising young people who have pushed aside mediocrity in order to take up the HWL challenge.

You may apply by submitting an email to scholarship@ben-stewart.com with the details indicated on the right side or you may apply in person at any of the corporately-operated Spring Masters Canada locations.

Application and Award Process

1. Apply by email or submit your application in person to your General Manager or Head of Administration by deadline of Sunday, July 26, 2009.

2. Complete written test at Sealing All-Star Weekend (date to be announced).

3. Winners will be announced mid-August and scholarship funds will be awarded immediately.

Application Requirements

name, home address, phone, age
confirm enrollment for September 2009 at a recognized Canadian university or college (indicate name of institution)
indicate Spring Masters Canada location you worked for, # of days worked in 2009 spring and summer season and notable performance statistics
confirm that you own a copy of Millionaire in 90 Days and have read/studied the book in its entirety

Selection Criteria

actively working for Spring Masters Canada with consistent performance
registered for post-secondary studies in fall 2009
not a recipient of another scholarship for 2009/10 academic year
lifestyle and conduct which aligns with HWL philosophy and practices
strong understanding of principles and content found in Millionaire in 90 Days
successful score on written test administered on Sealing All-Star Weekend
